CA IPCC Revised Syllabus for May 2015

As students may be aware, the Companies Act, 2013 has been notified in the Official Gazette on 30th August, 2013 stating that different dates may be appointed for enforcement of different provisions of this Act through notification of the Central Government in this regard. Having regard to the above development, the Council at its 33th meeting, revised the syllabus in a comprehensive manner of Intermediate (IPCC / IPC) course.
From the below table you can download revised syllabus as issued by the ICAI of CA IPCC / IPC applicable for May 2015 & onwards examination. 
ICAI has announced new syllabus of CA IPCC / IPC May 2015 & onwards examination. Download new syllabus for CA IPCC / IPC May 2015 & onwards exams. Here I am sharing with you new syllabus of all the subjects of CA IPCC / IPC as issued by the ICAI. This syllabus is as per the new Companies Act, 2013.
Six subjects and seven Papers of study in Intermediate (IPCC / IPC) course are –

Group-I

Paper-1  Accounting (100 Marks)
Paper-2  Business Laws, Ethics and Communication (100 Marks)
  • Part-I Business Laws (60 Marks) Comprising
                       Business Laws (30 Marks)
                       Company Law (30 Marks)
  • Part-II Ethics (20 Marks)
  • Part-III Communication (20 Marks)
