The venue of this year's Times NIE Principals' Meet 2015 was The Lalit, IT Park, Chandigarh. The agenda for discussion at the seminar held was "Innovative Technology in Education 360 Degrees".

With teaching having a significant impact in one's formative years, it is apt and in fact, necessary to review the teaching methods and use of technology in education.

The event kicked off with the welcome of principals from 50 schools in and around the Tricity. The speakers for the day were Manoj Kumar, CEO, Ricoh India, Anil Saini, senior vice-president and chief operating officer, Ricoh India Ltd, and Rakesh Rathi, who heads the education vertical at Ricoh India Ltd. The seminar provided a rostrum for a discussion amidst established educational dignitaries, the principals of prestigious schools, who will together go a long way in making valuable contribution in this direction. It also witnessed the launch of the print desk- the integrated print and document management facility. The principals penned down their views on the graffiti board. An audio-visual presentation depicting the innovative customized solutions in the field of academics was also shown. The discussion at the event is sure to have got at least a few amongst the audience enthused to take forward and implement some of the ideas proposed.
